Gap Night is a prayer movement that was founded by Johan Terblanche, a national youth director from doxa deo church. It is a collaboration of youth and young adult pastors from Pretoria that, once a year, bring together youth and student ministries from different churches across Tshwane for a night of prayer. As a unity movement in our city, we strongly believe that we are better together. No one church can reach the whole city but if churches across the city, denominations and races unite in the name of Jesus Christ we believe this will catalyse unity in our city and cultivate a Kingdom mindset. In 2019 our “Gap Night” took place at the Union Buildings at the Saps Memorial on the 3rd of May just right before the elections which we consider a significant night as leaders across different denominations earnestly prayed for the elections, our leaders and our country
This year we are back again and on the 23rd of August we are calling all the churches, youth and prayer movements to join us for this significant night.
